Sisterly looove <3 haha!-haha! even though we argue a lot, I am still close to her :)

*I found this movie because of Colin Egglesfield! He starred from the movie "Carnal Innocence" which was written by Nora Roberts. (I'm glad I found this book on the internet during summer break! Good thing boredom has its own benefits too.haha!)

Oatmeal Cookies :)
wee! it's my first time to bake some cookies :D
I got the recipe from Joy of Baking
The videos on this site can help a lot when you're on the baking process. I swear!
Ingredients:
1 cup (110 grams) walnuts or pecans, toasted & chopped
3/4 cup (170 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup (210 grams) packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup (105 grams) all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 cups (260 grams) old-fashioned rolled oats (old-fashioned = more chewy!)
1 cup dried cranberries, cherries, or raisins or 1 cup white or dark chocolate chips(optional)
(i used semi-sweet chocolate chips for this recipe)
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. (Make sure your are looking at the right temperature!)
